Diamondback Aeroflex 9’0 10 wt fly rod & Aeroflex 9/10 Saltwater reel

I recently picked up a Diamondback Aeroflex 9’0 10 wt saltwater fly rod, paired with an Aeroflex 9/10 reel. Couldn’t be happier. The quality of craftsmanship, the feel is second to none. I highly recommend

Aeroflex Saltwater 9’0" 8wt

I had an older Diamondback Backwater DGS800 that broke. They sent me the Aeroflex Saltwater 9’0" 8wt and it is a great replacement. It casts great and is built very well.

Aeroflex 10 wt = Great power

This 10wt easily flicks accurate 20-23 foot shots and then steps out to 60-70 feet with power and control! Very pleased with the feel and build.
It feels right with my Galvan Rush LT R-10 on it.
Beautiful rod and fits my casting style.
Louisiana redfish be warned!

Aeroflex 11wt

After testing out the 7/8/9 in the series, I was very confident that the 11 wt would be a great fit for a barracuda trip in the Keys. The rod felt like a 9/10 with plenty of power, casted/loaded very easily, and being a heavier rod it was still fun to fight smaller fish on. Price point and performance puts this rod at the top of my list. Biggest take-away was how well it tracked casting into heavy wind with bigger flies.
