When will my order ship?
All orders are subject to a processing time of 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to prepaid import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are calculated at checkout and included in the final price of your order. All international orders are shipped with DHL Worldwide Express to facilitate your order through pre-customs clearance and prevent potential delays at international borders.
