A couple weeks back due to my own negligence, I broke the tippet off my Diamondback 6wt Nymph Rod. I ordered a new tippet the same day and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived just (3) days later. Excellent service that I greatly appreciated, getting me back on the water with the rod that has become my favorite for steelhead hands down!

The rod tip on my new 10’10”#3 folded over on the third cast. I reached out to the fine folks at Diamondback to explain the situation. I was asked to submit a photo, which was seamless, and the new tip arrived in a few days for no charge. I appreciate the incredible customer service and for standing behind your products.
