Ideal Nymph Spare Tip

Broke rod tip on my #6 Ideal Nymph and I had new tip in less than a week. T&T and Simms could take a lesson on customer service and fair pricing. I’m a Diamondback customer for life as a result. The other two never again.

Ideal Nymph Spare Tip

First, I love the rod. Just got back from Wyoming and made a haul with my 10' 2wt, with multiple fish over 20"s. The rod handled some big fish in big currents, with no problem. As for the company, I can't recommend Diamondback highly enough. Joe stands behind his product, but takes no undue guff off of anyone,,, in this case, me. Joe and Vicky take care of their customers, unlike some Bigger Named companies who tout their customer service. While others talk a good game, Diamondback actually performs.

The Ideal nymph rod performs really well with the new tip section I got. This is my favorite nymph rod. Appreciate the good communication throughout the process.

The rod works great but when I broke the tip section it did take a long time to get a replacement. Now it’s back to normal and ready for use again...
