So I love my DB Ideal nymph. So much that I bought a 2 and 3wt. However, my 2wt tip broke recently and it was a hassle getting a replacement. I was told DB customer service is phenomenal, but honestly a little disappointed in response time. Apparently my first email got lost and I didn't hear from them for 4-5 days till I called. Then I filled it out a payment form immediately once I received the link and again didn't hear anything back. I was told it was going out same day, followed up a couple days later, and then got an automated UPS message. Again, I love my rods and will continue to support Diamondback, not usually one to complain, but was just surprised by this interaction especially after mentioning that I had a trip coming up.
